Bellamy Enterprises is currently working with several local developers, involving the following projects along Jefferson Avenue:  

1140 - 1166 Jefferson – In conjunction with People  Inc., CSS Construction and Sinatra & Company, a development of (89)  residential units and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space. Total  development cost $31,000,000 

919 E. Delavan - Mt. Olive Development Corporation,  Trinity One Apartments. CSS Construction & Bellamy Enterprises are  the Co-Developers to renovate an existing two-story building into (10)  affordable housing units. Total development cost $1,500,000.   

395 East Ferry Street - As proposed, mixed use office space & apartments. 

Completed Projects

1490 Estates Senior Housing – 3 story (60) unit 1  bedroom apartment building for seniors.   Comfortable, affordable &  quality senior housing. Features include a Community Room and  Courtyard.  

Bellamy Commons – (30) unit 2 story apartment building  complex with first floor retail space for the Black Achievers  Museum. Attractive and affordable housing with 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom  apartments. Features include a newly constructed playground and  community room.

Completion: December 2018
CSS Construction was the  general contractor and developer for the new  2,000 sq. ft., branch for Northwest Savings Bank located on Jefferson  Avenue.
